Inner harbor city
The area is being developed with both housing and commercial space step by step in the coming years. The first phase has already been completed and people have moved in. A coastal path and generous, green recreational areas along the sea have been created.
Horten Harbour Park
Live in the city center. Live by the fjord. A colorful, rough facade is softened by green lungs and sparkling ripples. Here there is a great view of the fjord, the guest harbor, the new city park and the evening sun.
Rørestrand Park
Rørestrand is located at the southern end of Horten and is a popular recreational area for the local community all year round. The project has a rural location, but is also only a few minutes from the center of Horten.
